[Abstract]ObjectiveToexplorethe factorsinfluencing onlinemedical usershealthcareserviceselectionpreferences， toprovidedecision-makingsupportfortheformulationimplementationonlinemedicalpolicies.Methods Using conveniencesampling，aquestionairesurveywasconductedamong 423onlinemedicalusersfrom FebruarytoApril2024. reliabilityvalidityanalysisfactoraalysisregresinanalysisweremploydtdentifeprimarydetemnantsfecting users'willingnesstdoptolieedicalsriesesults Infoationdisclosure，ommentesponsiveness，perceivedcoent usefulnessemergedasthecriticalfactorssignificantlyinfluencingusersadoptionintentions.ConclusionEnhancingservice optimizationplatformupgradesforonlinemedicalservicesarerecommendedtoelevatepotentialusers'willngnesstoengage with these digital healthcare solutions.
