[Abstract]Renalanemia（RA）isoneof thecommoncomplicationsofchronic kidneydisease，andits formation isclosely relatedtothefailureofbloodandqigeneration，wichleadstoaniabilitytonourishthebody’srgansandmeridiansTheliver playsapivotalroleinthegenerationandcirculationofbloodandqi，whichisaprocesstemed“livergeneratesbloodandqiin TCM.Thenormalfunctioningoftheliverinthisregardreliesontheabundanceofliverbloodtonourishtheliversubstance，the smoothflowofliverqitoactivateitsfunctions，aswellasthecontiuousnourishmentoftheliver'ssubstanceandfunctionsbythe spleen，lung，hart，ndidneyBasedonthethoryof“livergeneatingblodandqi，tispaperelucidatesthenewcotationof “deficiencyinbothliversubstanceandfunction，leadingtothefailureofbloodandqigeneration”inliverdeficiencypaten.The corepathogenesisofRAischaracterizedbyweaknessofliverbloodandliverqi，orliverdeficiencyleadingtoimpairmentof the spleen，lunghartandidneytherebyafectingthegenerationofbloodandqi？Tispespectivedifersfromteraditional understandinginTCM，whichhaspredominantlyfocusedonthedeficiencyofboththespleenandkidney，alongwiththe interminglingofdampness，turbiditybloodstasis，andtoxinsasthecauseofthefailureinbloodandqigeneration.Intersof treatment，itisdocatedtotieeliveoeibacdciolateoremedad selectformulassuchasZuoguiPll，XiaoyaoPowder，SuanzaorenDecoctionandShuyuPill.heaimistorestoretheliver's function of generating blood and qi， thereby providing a novel approach for the treatment of RA.

肾性贫血（renalanemia，RA）作为慢性肾脏病（chr-onickidneydisease，CKD）最常见的并发症之一，其发生主要与肾功能受损导致促红细胞生成素（ery-thropoietin，EPO）分泌不足，以及尿毒症毒素干扰骨髓正常造血功能有关。（剩余8032字）
