[Abstract]Paralyticstrabismus isacommon clinical eyedisease，andacupuncture treatment hasdemonstrated significant therapeuticeficacyinitsciicalaplication.Froeperspectieofpatedferentiatioofmerdansthisaerdelvintote intrinsicconnectionbetweeneyemusclesandmeridians.Basedonpreciseidentificationofthediseaselocation，pattrn，and pathologicalnature，theivolvedmeridiansaredeterindSubsequentlycupointselectioisstrategicallguidedyesific meridianinvolvementandpathologicalvariations，withtheaimofenhancingtherapeuticeficacyofacupuncturetreatmentfor paralyticstrabismusExploringacupuncturetreatmentmethodsforparalyticstrabismus withintheframeworkofpaterndiffrentiation of meridiansnotonly broadens clinical therapeuticaproachesbutalsoenhances clinicaloutcomes，therebyoferingguidancefor clinical practice.
