[Abstract]Myastheniagravis （MG）fallsunder thecategoryof"wei-flacciditypatem"in Chinese medicine.TCMtreatmentof MGhasdemonstratedremarkableeficacyandfavorableprognosis.Whilemodern medicine believesthatMGisarefractory autoimmunedisease，andthereisnoeectivecure.ThroughouthistorymanyTCMpractionershaveaproachedthediertion andtreatmentofMGprimarilyfromtheperspectiveofvisceralpateidentificationsystems，butrarelyincludeditintetheyin andthreeyangpateridentificationofsixmeridianssystemfordiscussion.The"opening-closing-pivotingtheoryofthreeyinnd threeyang"wasfirstrecordedintheHuangDiNeiJing（Huangdi'sClassicofMedicine）.Itscoreliesinthatiftheopeningclosing-pivotingfunctionisoral，teqimovementofscendingdesendingnteringandexitingcanbemaintaineddei transformationofyinandyangcanbebalancedMGcanbecausedbythedysfunctionoftheopening-closing-pivotingfunction，the imbalanceofdngedscedtenditndtrucofiloodndedsInis pathogenesisandtreatmentofMGareanalyzedundertheguidanceofthe"opening-closing-pivotingtheoryofthreeyinandtree yang"，in order to broaden the treatment of this disease.
