[Abstract]ObjectiveToinvestigatetheefectsofYangxinDecoctioncombinedwithmetoprololoncardiac function，adverse reactions，andoxidativestressinpatientswitharhythmiaMetodsAtotalof8OpatientswitharhythmiaadmittedtotheSecond CardiovascularDepartmentoftheSecondHospitalofHeilongjiang UniversityofChineseMedicinefromJuly2O21toJuly2023 wereobserved.Theyweredividedintocontrolgroupandresearchgroupbytherandomnumbertablemethod，with4Ocasesin eachgroup.ThecontrolgroupreceivedMetoprololSucinateTablets，whiletheresearchgroupreceivedYangxinDecoctionin additiontothesametreatmentTheTCMpaternscores，leftventricularejectionfraction（LVEF），leftventricularendsystolic diameter（LVD），leftvriularddsciameer（VED）calacyruodatiesrsfctositricide malondialdehde （DA）nduperoxidedismutase （SODyocardialijuryiicatiosoponinI（Tadceatineinaseoe （CK-MB）]，heartateandaverseeactiosereomparedbetweethetogroupsResultseectiveateofteseaoup was higher than that of the control group （ P
