[Abstract]Basedonthetheoryof ministerialfire，thepathogenesis，therapeuticprinciplesand methodsofrosaceaare discused.Thecorepathogenesisofrosacealiesintherecklesstiringofministerialfirecausedbyfactorssuchasthediminished sovereignfire，liverqiagnationtransformingintofie，spleendeficiencyandthekidneysfilureinsealingandstoingIis proposedthattheoverarchingprinciplefortreatingthisconditionistorestrainandsubduetheministerialfire.Fortheconditionof diminishedsovereignfieandhyperactiveministerialfire，thetreatmentprincipleshouldfocusonclearingandnourishingthheart whilesubduingandrestrainingtheministerialfire.TherecommendedformulaisShengyangDecoction.，Forstagnatedmiisterial firecausedbyliveriagationasforingintofitetramentprincipleistoothethelivesolvestagnatiolatei andclearfire.TerecommendedformulaisChaihu QingganPowder.Fordisplacedministerialfirecausedbyspleendeficiencythe treatmentprincipleistoraiseyang，strengthenthespleen，andsubduefire.TherecommendedformulaisShengyangYiwei Decoction.Forfloatingministerialfireresultingfromkidneysfailureinsealingandstoring，thetreatmentpricipleistotoifythe kidney，subdueyang，andguidethefireback toitssource.TherecommendedformulaisYinhuoDecoction.Acasereportis attached to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of rosacea.

玫瑰痤疮是一种累及皮肤毛细血管及毛囊皮脂腺的炎症性皮肤病1，好发于面部中央，临床表现为鼻部、口周及面颊部阵发性潮红、持续性红斑，或伴有丘疹、脓疱，患者自觉皮肤干燥、瘙痒、灼热感，临床分型以红斑毛细血管扩张型和丘疹脓疱型多见。（剩余9159字）
