[Abstract]Objective Toanalyze thequalityof Houpo Decoction-ready Medicines basedonvarious dataanalysissoftwares, andtoestablishacomprehensivescoringmechanism forthequality gradestandardof decoction-readymedicines.Methods Measure was madeon17batches of Houpo Decoction-ready Medicinesfromthe market fortheirappearancetraits,alcoholextract, ash,magnololiolsginagodatileposswaresedfoelaial data,combinedwithSIMCA14.1softwareforprincipalcomponentanalysisandorthogonalpartialleastsquaresdiscriminant analysis (OPLS-DA)toscreenthediferenceindexesafectingtheirquality.Thecomprehensivequalitygradeevaluationsystemof Houpo Decoction-ready Medicines was established using the analytic hierarchy process combined with K -valuecluster analysis. ResultsStatisticalanalysisofthecollectedindexdatafindsoutthatthediferenceindexesofHoupo(MagnoliaOffcinalis)were determined as L* , b* ,magnolol,and extract.Houpo Decoction-ready Medicinescould be divided into three grades inaccordance withthetotalscoreswiththefrstgrade>11Opoints,thesecondgrade90-11Opoints,andthethirdgrade9Opoints.Conclusion Theestablishedcomprehensivescoring mechanismcanefectivelydistinguishthequalityofdiferentHoupoDecoction-ready Medicies and providescientific basis for the formulation ofquality grade standardsof decoction-ready medicines.
