[Abstract]Chronic hepatitisB （CHB）isa chronic inflammatorydiseaseof the liver causedbypersistent infectionof hepatitisBvirus（HBV）.Theconditioniscomplex，variable，andoftendificulttocure.ProfesorXIEJingridrawngoasical textsandhisownclinical experience，treats CHBbasedonthe theoryof"painfulandhardareasalwaysharboring stagnantyang qi."Hebelievesthatthestagnantyangqiisthecause，whilethepainandhardnessaretheconsequences.Thestagnantyangqis consideredtheathologicalasisepresetingeitalsageoftesease.Thsegivsisetampesseatg bloodstasis，adingtotheprogressonoftedisease.Astesepathologicalfctorscontiuetoaccuulate，teygaduallyasfo intotoxicityindicatingthatthediseasehasentereditslaterstages.Withthedestructionoftheliver'sstructureandlossof function，thodioetallgesestgiblesescheprsentsdageue.rfore，itiso thattheregulationofyangqiisessentialtoeliminatepainandhardnes.Thetreatmentapproachistailoredtoachstageofthe diseaseasfollows：warmingyangandcutivateprimordialqitostrengthenthebodyregulatingyangqiandsoothingtheliverto clearheat，unblockingtheflowofyangqitoremovestagnation，reinforingyangandeliminatingpathogicalproductstoresolve toxicityorprotectingyangandremovingtubiditytoeliminatemases.Specificformulasandherbsareselectedaccordingly， yielding highly efective results. A case study is provided as supporting evidene.

慢性乙型肝炎（chronichepatitisB，CHB）是由乙型肝炎病毒（hepatitisBvirus，HBV）持续感染引起的一种肝脏慢性炎症性疾病，其主要机制为病毒引起的免疫应答导致肝细胞损伤及炎症坏死，而炎症坏死持续存在或反复出现是CHB进展为肝硬化甚至肝癌的重要因素。（剩余12930字）
