Content of Phosphorus Fractions and Its Influencing Factors in the Soil of Wild Rhododendron fortunei in the Subtropical Zone

Abstract:ThewildRhododendronfortuneiLindl.inYangmingshanNationalForestPark,HunanProvincewasselectedtostudy thecontentofsoilphosphorusfractionsanditsinfuencingfactors.zospheresoilandnon-zospheresoilsmpleswerecoected to determine thecontentof phosphorus fractions and physiochemical properties,onthe basisof which the soil phosphorus pool variations wereanalyed.Furthermore,the Mantel-test wasperforedtoexplore thecorelations betweensoilphosphoruspool andenvironmentalfactors.Theresultsshowedthat thecontentofdiferent phosphorus fractionsinthesoilofR.fortuneiLndl.in Yangmingshanweresignificantlydiferentbetweentherhzosphereandnon-hizosphereareas.Thehzospheresoilhadinsignificantly higher contentofavailable phosphorus thanthe non-rhizosphere soil.Thecontentoflabilephosphorus and moderately labile phosphorus in rhizosphere soil was significantly higher than that in non-rhizosphere soil (P<0.05) .However,the content of non-labile phosphorus in rhizosphere soil was very significantly lower than that in the non-rhizosphere soil (223.92mg/kg Vs. 508.60mg/kg P< 0.001).hedataindicatedthatthephosphorusinizospheresoilmainlyexistedinthelabileandmoderatelylabilefos,whilethat innon-hizospresolmalyexistedintheon-abileforSignifcantpositiecorelatioseefoundforsoilammomtogen totalnitrogen,totalbon,dsoilanicbonitilpsposabilityrouctionpproatelyeasgt of nitrogen and organic fertilizer can promote the uptake and utilization of phosphorus by R. fortunei Lindl.
