Abstract:This studycloned BnaA02.LFYfrom Brassica napus and predicted the physiochemical properties,conserveddomains, and secondary structure of the deduced protein. The results showed that BnaAO2.LFY wascomposed of 420 amino acid residues and BnaAO2.LFY protein had a relative molecularweight of 46.5kDa ,anisoelectricpoint of6.29,aninstabilityindexof 55.34(poor stability),agrand averageofhydropathicityof -0.62 (goodhydrophilicity),and analiphatic indexof 68.61.The secondary structure analysis showed that alpha-helices,randomcoils,extended strands,and beta-turns accounted for 43.86% 38.31% 5 10.12% ,and 7.71% respectively.Theclusteranalysis basedonamino acid sequences showedthat BnaAO2.LFYsharedthesameclade with homologous sequencesfrossicacaaicintaascecdsisicatingeiosep.
