Effects of FO1 Compound Inoculant on Potato Yield, Potato Quality,and Soil Properties

Abstract:Potandfeldexperiments werecariedout tocomprehensivelyevaluatetheefectsofFOlcompound inoculantonpotato yield,potatoualityndsoilproperties.Theresultsaresummarzedasfolows.(l)heFOlompoundioulantsigicatly increased the content of available nutrients in soil. The application of this inoculant at 60-90kg/hm2 significantly increased the content ofavailablerogenviableposposandableotass,hichasarticulalyectieattearlynddleoth period.However,excessiveaplicationihibitedtheaccumulatioofsoilutrents.(2)TheFOlcompound inoculantsigificantly enhancedtheactivitisofkeysoilezymessuchasurease,sucrase,atalase,andalalineposphatase.Teapplicationoftisoulant atthemediumdosedemonstratedthebeststabiltyandcomprehensiveperformance.(3)TheFOlcompoundinoculantincreasedthe potato yield. Under the field experiment conditions,the potato yield in the 90kg/hm2F01 compound inoculant group increased by 35.59% compared withthatinthecontrol,as thesingle-tuber weightandnumberof tubersincreasedsignificantly.Inaddition,the commercial potatoatealsoincreased.(4)TheFOlcompoundinoculantdemonstratedthepotentialofimproving thequalityofpotato tubers.Theinocuanthadapositiveefectonthecrudeproteinontent,whileithadnosignfcanteffectothedrymatterorstarch content,hichayberelatedtotegeneticharacteristicsoftefresheatigpotatovarityJzangsu2'used.Inumarythe F01 compound inoculant applied at 60-90kg/hm2 improved the potation yield, potato quality, and soil fertility, showing promising applicationprospects.Futureefortscanbemadetoexplore theadaptabilityandstabilityofthisinoculantinthecasesofdieretoil types and potato varieties.
