Research on the Digital Transformation Path of Henan's Textile and Garment Industry

Abstract： [Purposes]Asa traditional pillar industryand vital livelihood sector in Henan，the textile and garment industry's digital transformation is of great significance in promoting high-end，intelligent，and green development of manufacturing. This study aims to analyze the current state of digital transformationin Henan's textileand garment industry，identify key challenges，and propose tailored and implementable digital innovation development pathways to provide practical reference and decision support for thedigital upgrade of regional manufacturing.[Methods] Based on literature review and enterprise surveys，this research examines the status and issues of digitalization in Henan's textile and garment industry and proposes recommendations accordingly.[Findings] The study reveals that the digital transformationfaces challenges such as inadequate intelligent infrastructure，low data interoperability，and a relatively insuffcient talent supply.[Conclusions] Specific recommendations are proposed， including addressing the insuffcient intelligent infrastructure and polarization issue，resolving data silos and AI application barriers， and bridging the compound talent gap.
