Research on Intelligent Assessment of Students'Mental Health Using Multimodal Information

Abstract： [Purposes] This study aims to build a more scientific assessment system to improve the accuracy and objectivity of assessment， so as to solve the problems of low accuracy and strong subjectivity in the current mental health assessment of primary and secondary school students based on paper-based scales，and to provide support for timely intervention.[Methods] This study integrates theories from health informatics and cognitive neuroscience，utilizes three types of multimodal information—facial expression，eye movement，and EEG—as core assessment tools，introduces artificial intelligence technologies such as deep learning，and builds an information-based and intelligent mental health assessment method through technology integration and algorithm optimization，replacing the traditional assessment mode that relies on manual scoring.[Findings] Through research and practice，the intelligent assessment method established in this study can efectively avoid the interference of subjective factors and achieve accurate quantitative assessment of the mental health status of primary and secondary school students.[Conclusions] This assessment method provides a reliable technical path for the early detection and timely in tervention of mental health problems in primary and intervention school students，which is of great significance for improving the psychological quality of primary and secondary school students and promoting the improvement of the social mental health service system.
