Abstract：In this paper，weconstructedanewtypeof skewedgeneralized normal distribution whose densityfunctioncontais four parameters，whichcangivethedistributionexcelentflexibilityandprovideanaccurate modelforactualstatisticaldataaalysis. Severalimporantpropertisofteistrbutionarepresented，andteptialcofidenceintervalfortedistrbutiopaetersas constructed.Throughsimulationexperiments，weverifdthattheconfidenceintervalweconstructedhashighaccuracyandreliability. Inaddition，thehypothesisestingproblemforthisdistribution，includingtheanalysisofpowerfunctions，hasalsobenscusedn detailTepeformanceoftesting methodsundervarious situations isevaluated，andtheoptialtwo-tailedtesting methodisproosed. The distributionand statistical analysis methods presented inthis articlecan greatly improvethequalityof data analysis.
