Abstract：Basedonthespatialheterogeneityandthediferencesintherangeofhumanactivities，areaction-difusionmulti-group infectiousdiseasemodelwithpartialdegeneracyisintroducedandthetresholddyamicalbehaviorisdisusedusingthetoryof diferentialequatios.hstdyincludesthbasicproductioumber，eglobalasymptoticstabilityofthdiseasefrstadystate， diseasepersistence，ndtheglobalasymptoticstabilityof theendemicsteadystateinspatiallyhomogeeousscenarios.Finally，the principaltheoreticalresultsareeluidatedtoughumecalsimulatio，whichalsoexloreteimpactofdifusioncefintsdte intensity of spatial heterogeneity on disease transmission.
