Abstract:Inodertostudythecavitationcharacteristicsoftroughholebladeotarycavitator,thetheoreticalanalysisoftheflow fieldofthstator-rotorthrough-holeandgapiscarredout.Thenumericalsimulationiscarredoutwiththerotationalspeedasthe variableparameter,andtheaveragegasvoluefractionisusedasthecavitationevaluationindexTheresultsshowthattherotational speed ranges from 2 100 to 6000r/min ,and the cavitation characteristics gradually enhance with the increase of rotational speed. Moreover,thecavitationinsidethecavitatorisasicallformeduderthethreeectsofentrifugal,shearandvortexBycoling therotationalspdforteonductivityexperimentalverificationandsimultion,themaximumconductivityisbtaindatteoto's rated frequencyof 50Hz :Thatis,the greater the rotational speed,the greaterthe conductivity,the beter the cavitation characteristics.Theexperimentalresultsareconsistent withthesimulationresults,whichconfirmtheaccuracyandreliabilityof numerical simulation.
