应急突发事件下配电网安全承载能力评估

Abstract:Withthe widespreadapplicationof distributed power sources andenergy storagedevices,distribution networks exhibit moreunknowncharacteristics.Emergencyincidents inthepower systemposeasignificanttreattothestableandscureoperationof thegrid.Inoder toanalyethesecuitycaringcapacityofdistrbutionnetorks,wefistconstructodeinfluenceidicatosasedon M-orderneighborquantityandentropytheory.Subsequently,considering theipactofemergencyincidentsonthedistrbutionofpower flows,asecuritycaryingcapacityevaluationmethodthatconsiderspowerflowdistributionbalanceinthegridisproposed. Aditionallyrategfoeletingitialsfetyostraintsasedoniteratiemethodisintroducedaningsutiocy byfocusingsolelyoncrucialsafetyconstraintsintheoptimizationmodeltosatisfyallfeasiblepowerflows.Finally,theevaluation model isappliedtoanalyetheIEE33-odetestsystem,validatingtheproposedapproachforaalyzingthescuritycaringapacity ofdistributionnetworksunderemergencyincidentswhileensuingeconomicviabilityandaligningwithcurrntdevelopmentneedsin distribution networks.
