高校物流工程专业“1+3+X”产教融合协同育人模式的探索与实践

Abstract: The cultivation of logistics engineering professionals is the fundamental guarantee for the construction of modern logistics systems,and the integration of industry and education is an effective way to achieve the development of higher education connotation and cultivate high-quality logistics professionals. Based on rich experience in the reform of new engineering education,Hebei University of Science and Technology proposes to construct a‘ 1+3+X′′ industry education integration and collborative education model,which is centered on majors,with multiple alliances between government, enterprises, and schools,and carries out diversified reforms in the three in one resource chain, industry-university cooperation education chain, digital and intelligent teaching information chain, specialized innovation integration chain, and school-enterprise collaborative industry chain. Through the analysis and evaluation of the educational effectiveness of the logistics engineering major in Hebei University of Science and Technology,itis shown that this model effectively alleviates the common pain points of industry education supply-demand imbalance and weak practical ability cultivation, in terms of teaching quality, achievement output,and student employment rate. The further measures are proposed to ensure the efectiveness improvement of the implementation of this model.
