制造企业数字化转型路径设计研究

——基于过程视角的研究综述与整合模型

Abstract: With the wave of digitization sweeping across the world,digital transformation of enterprises hasbecome an inevitable choice,and relevant research has also increased. However,the research on the design of transformation path is stillrelatively weak,with problems such as fragmented methodology and inadequate theoretical framework. The main researches on the design of digital transformation paths for manufacturing enterprises in the past five years were systematically sorted out. Based on a process perspective,the process elements such as theoretical foundations,design methods and effect evaluation were summarized,and a universal three-stage integrated framework model was constructed,to provide references for the digital transformation path and value creation of manufacturing enterprises. According to the integrated model,the design of digital transformation paths for manufacturing enterprises can be divided into three levels of cognition,ability and behavior. In this process,motivationanalysis,theoretical assistance and effect feedback playdiffrentroles.Theability level,as the intermediate level,is thecoreofthe integrated model. In the future,relevant research can be promoted from the aspects of the change mechanism of the integration model,model formation and stage division,and the impact of external environment or institutions on the integration model.
