淮河生态经济带工业生态效率的时空演进及影响因素研究

Abstract: In recent years, promoting the development of the Huaihe River Ecological Economic Belt has been elevated to the level of the national regional development strategy,and it is of great significance to promote the construction of ecological civilization in the Huaihe River Basin. From the perspective of input-output,the industrial ecological efciency of 28 prefecture level cities in the Huaihe River Ecological Economic Belt from 2011 to 2022 was calculated by using the super-efficiency SBM model with unexpected output; The exploratory spatial data analysis (ESDA) was used to investigate the spatial correlation of eficiency values at this stage;A panel data model was established to measure the influence degree of multiple influencing factors. The empirical results show that Suizhou, Xuzhou, Zhoukou and Yangzhou have relatively high eficiency values, while Linyi, Pingdingshan and Huainan have relatively low efficiency values; The spatial correlation of industrial ecological efficiency is not significant; The industrial structure and economic development level have a significant promoting effect on industrial ecological efficiency,while urbanization level,environmental governance,degree of openness to the outside world,and research and development innovation have a relatively small impact. Finally, targeted policy recommendations are put forward based on the empirical results.
