法治化营商环境的现状、问题及优化路径

Abstract：Building a law-based business environment has become an important support of promoting high-quality economic development. Under the dual drive of current practice and trial legislation，there are still some problems to be solved in the construction of the business environment in aspects such as the credit mediation mechanism，the business environment evaluation system and the construction of a law-based government. Multiple measures should be taken to optimize the lawbased business environment in China： The credit mediation mechanism can be improved by expanding funding guarantee channels，and limiting the punishment of "the generalization of dishonesty"；The business environment evaluation system can be improved by establishing independent third-party evaluation entities，implementing regional industry differentiation standards，and building a "digital" information communication platform； The rule of law government should be improved by improving the local institutional environment and strengthening administrative law enforcement supervision， thus adapting to the new situation of economic development.
