新质生产力和绿色发展的耦合协调关系研究

Abstract: New quality productive forces and green development are important cornerstones for achieving high-quality development in China. Utilizing panel data spanning 2016 to 2022 from 30 provinces in China,the entropy method was employed to gauge levels of new quality productive forces and green development. Using coupling coordination analysis, spatial autocorrelation analysis and obstacle degree model,this paper analyzed the coupling coordination relationship between new quality productive forces and green development. The results show that the index of new quality productive forces and green development present an upward tendency,and the coupling coordination degree of the two is enhanced constantly;The coupling coordination degree of new quality productive forces and green development shows a significant agglomeration effect in space, with the high-high agglomeration area distributed in the eastern region and the low-low agglomeration area distributed in the western region; The labor object is the mainly obstacle factor atthe criterion level and the structure of obstacle factors of indicator layer is different in different regions. Based on this, countermeasures and suggestions such as implementing differentiated development,deepening digital infrastructure construction,strengthening ecological construction and environmental protection,and strengthening inter-regional coordination and cooperation are put forward.
