Technical Regulations for Soilless Production Systems of Pre-elite Potato Seeds in the Cold and Arid Regions of Northwest China

Abstract：Toenhance thequalityandyieldof seed potato production in thedrylandregionofcentral Gansu，this study systematicallestablishdastandardiedtechncalframeworkforsoillssproductionofvirus-freepreelitepotatoseeds.Groundedin productioexperimentsanditerativetehnologicalrefinementsfromO2OtoO24，theframeworksynergisticallimprovswater fertilizeeffcndseesttrolfie.Byintgaioetologsicuingitellgntetmat pathogencontainmentsystems，andprecisionenvironmentalmodulation，weformulatedtheTechnicalRegulationsforStandardized Soillss ProductionofPre-elitePotato Seeds.Thisprotocolensuresasustainablesupplyof premiumseedstockforregionalpotato industry development.
