Research Progress on the Application of Controlled Atmosphere Technology in Edible Agricultural Products Preservation

Abstract:Controledatmosphere technologyisaneficientandgreenpreservation technologythatpreciselyregulating the temperature,humidity,and the proportions of gases such as 02, CC -2 ,and N2 in the storage environment,which can significantly inhibitterespiratorymetabolism,enzyaticeactions,andthepropagationofdiseasesandpestsinedibleagriculturalproducts, reducenutrientloss,rolongthestorageperiod,andhasaosefectofaintaiingfreshessevenaftertheemovalofotrolle atmosphereenvironment.Controledatmosphretchnologyisdividedintoactivecontroledatmosphere(artficiallyadjustinggas components)andpassvecontrolledatmosphere(relyingontherespirationofagriculturalproductsthemselves toregulategas proportions).Basedoareviewofdomesticand internationaliterature,thispaperintroducestheprinciplesandcharacteristicsof controledatmosphretchnologysummarizesitsecentalicatiosintestoageoffruitsegeables,meatndgais,italso elaboratesontesuitablegasatiosfordiferentagriculturalproducts,synergisticpreservationtechologies(suchasombeduse withozoneadlogicalpreais)ndpreaict.aileisuestuseistdineopuatiod applicationofontrolldatmosphrepreservationtchologyinagiculturalproducts,soastoprovidesomethoreticaleferecefor the application of controlled atmosphere preservation technology in agricultural products.
