新文科视域下地方高校一流法学专业建设路径探索

摘  要：新文科具有非常丰富的内涵，需要立足于传统教学进行深化改革，破除原有学科壁垒不断创新发展。阐述新文科建设背景及内涵，探讨新文科视域下地方高校法学专业建设的目标，分析地方高校法学专业建设发展瓶颈，有针对性地提出新文科视域下地方高校一流法学专业课程建设路径。

Abstract： The new liberal arts has very rich connotation， needs to be based on the traditional teaching to deepen the reform， break down the original disciplinary barriers to continue innovation and development. This paper expounds the background and connotation of the construction of the new liberal arts， probes into the objectives of the construction of the law specialty in the local colleges and universities under the new liberal arts field of vision， and analyzes the bottlenecks in the development of the construction of the law specialty in the local colleges and universities， this paper puts forward the path of the construction of the first-class law courses in local colleges and universities from the perspective of the new liberal arts.
