黑龙江涉外法治人才培养策略研究

摘  要:涉外法治人才培养势在必行,黑龙江亦不能例外。面对涉外法律人才短缺现状,黑龙江涉外人才培养机制应进行改革创新,在人才培养层次、模式方面,政府、高校、司法部门联动,科学设置人才培养方案,在拓展实践平台等方面应充分应对涉外法律人才供给不足的新问题、新矛盾。

Abstract: Training legal talents for foreign affairs is bound to happen in new era, and Heilongjiang province is no exception. Being confronted with the shortage of legal talents for foreign affairs, Heilongjiang Province should be creative and innovative in Human resource training mechanism, such as training level, training modes, reaction and coordination between or among government, colleges and universities, judicial organs, scientific scheme for legal talents training and extensive practicing platform concerning foreign elements, etc. for the purpose of solving new problems and new contradictions.
