基于STEM理念的工业微生物育种学课程教学改革

摘  要:工业微生物育种学是生物工程专业中一门重要的综合性学科,是集理论与实践于一体的课程。该文通过将 STEM 教育的核心理念融入课程的教学当中,培养学生对跨学科理论知识的综合运用,增强学生的实践能力,培育学生工程素养,增强学生运算和数据处理能力,激发学生主观能动性和学习热情。

Abstract: Genentic Improvement of Industrial Microorganisms is an important comprehensive discipline in bioengineering, which integrates theory and practice into an integrated whole. In this paper, the core concept of STEM was integrated into the course teaching, which was aimed to cultivate students' comprehensive application of interdisciplinary theoretical knowledge, enhances students' practical ability, promote students' engineering literacy, increase students' computing and data analysis ability, stimulates students' subjective initiative and their learning enthusiasm.
