Discussion on Automation Transformation Scheme for Marine Pipe Shops

Abstract:To address low production efciency caused by discrete manufacturing in marine pipe fabrication, this study proposes an automation transformation scheme implementing the "weld-before-bend" process.By establishing QR code-based process traceability, intellgent fanging marking workstations,small-bore automated production lines,and full-auto tube benders with data compensation algorithms,fully automated production of small pipelines is achieved, providing references for smart transformation in shipbuilding workshops.

1 引言

随着我国持续加大智能制造推进力度,传统制造业的转型升级在国内掀起热潮,国家将“推动制造业高质量发展”列为重要任务,船舶行业也从传统制造路线逐步向数字化造船转型,由数字化造船加入数字孪生五维模型的概念衍生向智能化造船的发展。(剩余4403字)
