Discussion on Automation Transformation Scheme for Marine Pipe Shops

Abstract：To address low production efciency caused by discrete manufacturing in marine pipe fabrication， this study proposes an automation transformation scheme implementing the "weld-before-bend" process.By establishing QR code-based process traceability， intellgent fanging marking workstations，small-bore automated production lines，and full-auto tube benders with data compensation algorithms，fully automated production of small pipelines is achieved， providing references for smart transformation in shipbuilding workshops.

1 引言
