Renewal ProcessofIntermediate ShaftinMV "Teresa Bellington" Repair Project

Abstract： Intermediate shaft renewal in ship repair involves multiple technologies， with flange alignment of new shafts and hydraulic coupling restoration being particularly complex.Taking the intermediate shaft renewal of MV "Teresa Bellington" as a case study，this paper addresss solutions for fange alignment and hydraulic coupling repair. The proposed methods ensure proper operation of the renewed intermediate shaft and restore the scored hydraulic coupling to meet quality standards for repeated disassembly/reassembly.

1 引言

“达丽莎·贝灵通”是一条希腊散货船，推进轴系包含螺旋桨轴、中间轴和螺旋桨，其中螺旋桨为定距桨，螺旋桨轴与中间轴采用液压联轴节联接，中间轴法兰与主机飞轮端法兰采用液压螺栓联接，但中间轴法兰与主机飞轮端法兰外径不一样。（剩余4647字）
