Abstract: Addressing frequent crew/visitor transfers ona 100 Oo DWT deep-sea aquaculture vessel, this study optimizes the boarding/alighting ladder system. A modular hydraulic telescopic boom system replaces manual-towing gangways,significantly improving docking eficiency. Independent flexible ladders combined with three hybrid flexible-gangway units cover alldraft conditions. Optimized accessories—self-tensioning fexible ladder winches, compact fasteners,and integrated bases—eliminate assembly deviations in pilot laddersand reduce instalation time.The optimized system enhances safety and convenience for crew/pilots,providing reference for similar vesel designs.
