Design and Application of an Intelligent Spraying System for Ship Outfitting Components

Abstract： To address the challenges of manual spraying operations for ship outfitting components，this study designs an intelligent spraying system based on current on-site workflows and coating processs.The system overcomes limitations such asoperational inconvenience，unreliablecoatingquality，nd low efficiency in traditional manual methods，achieving intelligent and automated production management.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed system improves operational efficiency by 3 5 % compared to manual spraying while meeting the technical requirements for outfitting component coatings.
