Abstract:To investigatethe effcts of diffrent mixing ratios of phosphate rock powder(PRP)and furfural residue(FR)on the improvement of recycled powder fromasphalt mixing plants (RPAMP)foruseas landscaping soil,as wellas to determinetheoptimal mixingratio,this studyconductsaryegrasspot experiment.Itexamines theefectsof12proportion treatmentswith PRP and FR accounting for 10% , 15% 20% and 1% 3% 5% 10% of the recycled powder(RP) dry weight, respectively,aswellas one control treatment with no aditives,ontheRPnutrients,nzyme activities and ryegrass growth performance.Theresultsshowthatcomparedwith thecontrol treatment without anyadditives,alltreatments withdifrent ratios of PRP and FR significantly reduce the RPpH ,with the maximum decrease of 9.85% ,thereby improving RP nutrient status.These treatments alsoenhance theactivitiesofurease,sucrase,catalaseand phosphatase inRPduring the vigorous growth stage of ryegrass,with an average increase of 63.66% .Additionally, they promote the fresh weight of ryegrass plants, the number ofroottips,totalrootlength,root diameter,totalrootsurfaceareaandtotalroot volumeof ryegrasswith increasesof 47.04% , 57.98% , 57.97% , 2.25% , 68.13% and 87.61% onaverage,respectively. According tothe comprehensive score of principal components, the three ratio treatments of 10% 15% and 20% PRP combined with 1% FR all have significantimprovement effects in enhancing the nutrients andenzyme activities ofRPandthe growth of ryegras. Therefore,under the experimentalconditionsof this study,the optimal materialratio for amending recycled asphalt mixture into soil suitable for landscaping is 10% PRP combined with 1% FR.

公路建设需要沥青拌合站生产以沥青、石料、填料等为原料的铺设材料,其中石料是由矿山石块破碎成一定粒径的碎石,这些碎石表面黏附大量粒径 ⩽0.075mm 的石料废粉影响沥青混合料的黏结力、均匀度和固化强度以至于降低路面铺设质量,因而由沥青拌合站集中清洁石料收集为回收粉[1-4]。(剩余10299字)
