外源硒对荞麦、小麦、大麦农艺性状及硒钾钙铁含量的影响

Abstract:To investigatethe effects of seed soakingselenium-rich technologyon improvingcropqualityand mneral element content,this studyselects three diferentcrops fromQinghairegion:BuckwheatLiuqiao1(LQ1),Wheat Qingchun 11 (QC11),and Barley Dulihuang (DLH). Using sterile water as the control,seeds are soaked in sodium selenite (Na2SeO3) 0 solutions at three concentrations( 2.5mg/L , 5.0mg/L ,and 10mg/L )to compare their impacts on seed vigor,seedling agronomic traits,and thecontentsofselenium (Se),iron (Fe),calcium (Ca),and potassium (K).Theresultssowthat 2.5mg/L Na2SeO3 solution has no significant effect on seed viability (P>0.05) .With the increase of the concentration of Na2SeO3 (204号 solution,root length,seedling height,and Se content in dry matter increase significantly (P<0.05) . At 2.5mg/LNa2SeO3, (20号 LQl exhibits higher Seaccumulation than QC1land DLH,indicating greater sensitivity to selenium.Although QC11 and DLH accumulate less Se than LQ1,theyexhibit higher selenium toleranceand demonstrated goodagronomic traits. Treatment with Na2SeO3 not only elevates Se content but also enhances the levels of Ca,Fe,and K in all three crops.In conclusion, soaking seeds in 2.5mg/LNa2SeO3 promotes selenium enrichment in crop seedlings and improves seedling quality. Moreover, Na2SeO3 solution concentration exceeding 2.5mg/L has little significance in promoting crop growth.
