Abstract:Photocatalysis technology isone the effective approaches toadressenvironmental pollutant isses.Inrecent years,significantadvances have beenachieved in removing agricultural residual polutants through semiconductor modification strategies and various synergistic catalytic systems. Bi2MoO6 (bismuth molybdate) -based materials have becomearesearch focus inthisfieldowing to their suitable semiconductorband gap,unique layered structure,andabundant surface activesites.Starting from the synergisticcoupling semiconductor modificationand catalytic systems,this paper summarizes the research status novel Bi2MoO6 -based photocatalytic materials in recent years, evaluates the progress Bi2 MoO6-based photocatalytic technology in polltant removal,and elaboratesontheirphotocatalyticperformanceand degradationmechanismsintreatingagriculturalresidualpollutants (suchasantibiotics,pesticides,heavymetals,nitrates, and microorganisms).Itaims to provide technical guidance for thebasic applicationresearchphotocatalysis technology in agricultural environmental governance,and discuss the future challenges and developments.
