Abstract:Asagreenandrenewablenanomaterial,nanocellulosehasgarneredwidespreadatentioninfieldssuchas chemicalindustryarmaeticalsndreagents.Itsutstandingaterialpropetis,incingexcellenttesileegth barrier properties,emulsifyingand gelling characteristics,guarantee broadapplication prospects in food processngand packagingfields.However,nanocellulosestillfaceschallenges inpracticalapplications,suchastheimpactofrawmaterial sourcesand preparation processesonitsproperties.Therefore,itisof great significance to systematicallyreview the characteristics and applications of nanocellulose.This review summarizes the structural features,preparation methods,and application potentialofnanocellulose in food processngand packaging.Research indicates that nanocellulose possesses advantagessuchasdegradabilityhighbiocompatibilityandsustainability.Itcanbeusedasafoodaditiveandfood packagingmaterial,significantlyimprovingthetexturecharacteristicsandstoragestabilityoffood.Thelarge-scale application of nanocellulose is expected to become an important driving force for promoting the greeningand sustainable development of modern food industry.
