AbstractObjective：Toonductascopngreviewofstudiesontheoleandesponsibilitisofoncofertilityursenavigatosrtlit protectionofcancerpatients，toprovideareferencefortrainingandcliicalpracticeofoncofertilityursenavigatrs.Methods：elated literatureontheoleadesposibilitsofcofertilitusenvigatosifertitprotectioofanerpantsfromPubed，Webof Science，WileyBlckwell，CINAH，EMbase，CNKI，WanFangDatabase，VIP，inoMedweresearched.Theretrievalperiodaed fromtheestablishmentofthedatabasetoJuly28，O24.TheretrieveddocumentswerescreenedandsummarizedResults：Atotalof9 studieswereincluded.Teroleoftencofertlitynursenavigatorsinfertiltyproteionofancerpatientsmainlyincudedevuators， coordinators，uppotersndfollupsoel，oereepaatelysposibleforentifiationndevaatioodatiod communication，resourcesandsupport，andrecordingandfolowup.Conclusions：Futureresearch shoulddrawontheexperienceof developedcountriestocultivateoncofertilityursenavigators whomettheclinicalnursingnds in China，topromotecommunication andcooperationamong multidisciplinaryteammembers，andtoprovidepatients withhigh-qualityoncoferilitycareervices.
