AbstractObjective:Toanalyzetheinfluenceofbreastcrawlingbehavioronearlyneurobehavioralresponses innewbors.Metods:A totalof1OnewboshounderwentvaginaldeliveryattheFourthAfiliatedHospitalofAnuiMedicalUniversityfromJanuary2023 toDecember2024wereselectedastheresearch subjects.Acordingtothesealedenvelopesamplingmethod,theyweredividedinto controlgroupandobservationgroup,with5Ocases ineach.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutiecare,whiletheobservationgroupreceived breastcrawlingbehavior.Theneurobehavioralresponse,bodytemperature,hartrate,blodoxygensaturation,andoemonthostpartum exclusivebreastfedingateinthetwogroupswerecomparedResults:Theneurobehavioralresponsesoresoftheoservationgroupwere higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( .-0.05 ). There was no statistically significant diferenceamongbodytemperatureandblodoxygensaturationbetweethetwogroupsofnewborsatbirth,and30,6O,nd90 minutes after birth and exclusive breastfeeding rate within 1 month P>0.05) .The heart rate of newborns in the observation group was higherthanthat inthecontrol groupat6Oand9Ominutes afterbirth,and thediference was statisticallysignificant P<0.05 ).Conclusions: Breastcrawlingbehaviorouldpromoteearlystabilizationofneonatalneurobehavioralresponses,maintainahighlevelofeartrate withinthenormalrange,nddonotaectneonatalbodytemperature,peripheralbloodoxygensaturation,andtherateofeclusive breastfeeding at one month postpartum.
