AbstractObjective：Toanalyzetheinfluenceofbreastcrawlingbehavioronearlyneurobehavioralresponses innewbors.Metods：A totalof1OnewboshounderwentvaginaldeliveryattheFourthAfiliatedHospitalofAnuiMedicalUniversityfromJanuary2023 toDecember2024wereselectedastheresearch subjects.Acordingtothesealedenvelopesamplingmethod，theyweredividedinto controlgroupandobservationgroup，with5Ocases ineach.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutiecare，whiletheobservationgroupreceived breastcrawlingbehavior.Theneurobehavioralresponse，bodytemperature，hartrate，blodoxygensaturation，andoemonthostpartum exclusivebreastfedingateinthetwogroupswerecomparedResults：Theneurobehavioralresponsesoresoftheoservationgroupwere higher than those of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（ .-0.05 ）. There was no statistically significant diferenceamongbodytemperatureandblodoxygensaturationbetweethetwogroupsofnewborsatbirth，and30，6O，nd90 minutes after birth and exclusive breastfeeding rate within 1 month P>0.05） .The heart rate of newborns in the observation group was higherthanthat inthecontrol groupat6Oand9Ominutes afterbirth，and thediference was statisticallysignificant P<0.05 ）.Conclusions： Breastcrawlingbehaviorouldpromoteearlystabilizationofneonatalneurobehavioralresponses，maintainahighlevelofeartrate withinthenormalrange，nddonotaectneonatalbodytemperature，peripheralbloodoxygensaturation，andtherateofeclusive breastfeeding at one month postpartum.
