AbstractObjective：Touderstandtheorkexperiencesoffull-timecommunityhospicecarenurses inShanghaisoastoprovide referenceforthedevelopmentoftargetedsupportpolicies.Methods：Aphenomenologicalstudymethodwasconductedusingpurposive sampling.Atotaloffullteommuityospicecreurseswereiteediepthtroughfetofcedisios.iteie datawereanalyzedusingpenmenologicalanalysismethds.Results：Fourmainthemeandninesubthemesweredentifiedicluding： profoundemotioaljoueysdaptationtoorksitatios，trasforationofvieonlife）motioalexperiencesegatieotio， senseofworkalue）orkelatedrsgkladqemicatiopressuespassonftie）ndateiesfal regulation（dailyselfgutionctivelysekingextealsupprt）.Conclusis：Fulltieomnityospicecareursesfaceuque challengesandualimpactseirork.Itissstialtomproveelevantrgadsupprtsysteintefuturethnctijob satisfaction and promote the quality of community hospice care services.
