AbstractObjective:Toanalyethediferences ininterdiscipliaryinnovationcapabilitycultivationformedicalpostgradatesbetween ChinaandtheUnited States,toexplorevaluableexperiencesforreference,andtoprovideinsightsfordeepeningthereformof interdisciplinaryinovationcapabilitycultivationfomedicalpostgraduatesinChina.Methods:roughliteratureandclusteranalysis591 Chineseand173Englisharticlesfromdatabaseswereexamined.CiteSpacewasutilzedforvisualanalysis.Results:Publicatiotrends showed Chineseresearchshiftedfromlaggingtosustaineddominance,whileUnited Statespublicationsstartedstrongbutplateaued. ThematicclusteingevealedCina'sslisitutioalatiotrategzatioodel,phasgeducatioalstesanddd training.TheUnitedStatesopteda"speializatipracticalizatioolboatiomodel,rioringcicalpracticeadiou improvement.Thethemesof ChinaandtheUnited Statesbothfocusedonthreeareas:educationsystemandinstitutionalconstruction, clinical practiceandcapacitydevelopment,andqualitymanagementandevaluationsystem.Therewere diferences inspecificlustering characteristics.Conclusions:Thediferencesininterdisciplinarytrainingmodelsformedical graduatestudentsbetweenChinaandthe UnitedStateswerereflectednotonlyinthematicdistibutionbutalsostemmingfromdisparitiesininstitutionalcontextsand developmentalpathways.Chinashouldleveragethestrengthsof itsdomesticsystemwhilerationallincorporatingUnitedStates experiencesinpracticalitegrationandfedbackmechanismsandfurtherexploreringmechansmsthoughquaitativecomprisosto systematically optimize the interdisciplinary innovation talent cultivation system.
