AbstractObjective：TotranslatetheOverweightWomen'sQualityofLifeScaleintoChineseandtotestitseliabilityandVidityo provideascientifctoolforaessingthequalityoflifeofobeseomeninChina.Methds：TheBrislintranslationmodelwasadoptedfor forwardandbacktraslationoftheOverweightWomensQualityofLifeSale.Onthebasisofexpertinquiriesandpresurveys，thescale wasculturalladaptedtoformtheChineseversionoftheOverweightWomen's QualityofLifeScale.Atotalof282obesewomenfrom MateraandChildHealth HospitalofGuangxi ZhuangAutonomousRegionwere selectedas theresearch subjects.TheChineseversion of theOverweightWomen'sQualityofLifeScalewasusedfortheinvestigationtotestitsreliabilityandvalityResults：TheChinese versionofOverweight Women'sQualityofLifeScale included4dimensionsand34items.TheCronbach'sαcoeficientof thescalewas 0.945.ThesplitalfofntasO928.TetestretestrelablityasO.868.Thetm-evelontntvaliitindex（I-CVI）ragdfrom 0.930to1.0oo.Theaveragescale-levelcontentvalityindex（S-CVI/Ave）wasO.99o.Exploratoryfactoranalysisextractedfourcommon factors.The cumulative contribution rate of variance was 71.855% .Conclusion：The Chinese version of the Overweight Women's Quality ofLife Scale has good reliabilityandvalidity.Itcould be used to evaluate the qualityoflifeofobese womenin China.
