AbstractObjective：Toexploretheimpactofprophylacticuseofglucocorticoidsandantiistaminesoninfusionreactionsofpatients duringtreatmentwithInflimab.Methods：Inflammatoryboweldiseasepatientstreatedwithinfliximabinthegastroenterology department of two tertiary grade A hospitals from January 1，2021 to December 31，2O22 were retrospective selected.Patients from one hospitalwhoreceivedprophylacticuseofanti-alergicdrugsbeforeinfusionwereselectedastheprophylacticmedicationgroup，while patientsfromanotherhospitalwhodidnotreceiveprohylacticuseofantialergicdrugswereselectedasthenon-prophylacticmedication group.Theincidenceofinfusionreactionswasrecordedoftwogroups.Results：Atotalof214patients withinflammatoryboweldisease wereincluded，iding14intepopylacticedicationgroupndOOineonprohacticedicatogoupBothousidot experienceanyifusioreactiosolosofresponseConcusios：Theuseofgluocotioidsantiistamiesaloneorteiroati therapyhasnosignificantefectonreducingteriskof ifliimabifusinintheChinesepopulation.Itisecommededthatifpatients havenotexperiencedanypreviousinfliximab infusionreactions，prophylacticmedicationcouldnotbeadministeredbeforeinfusion.
