AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatetheatitudesand nedsofparentstowards therighttoprescribeexteral medicationsbyvisiting nursesinpediatricursigclinicsndtoprovideefereefodecisioakingtpromoteteucefuliplemetatiooftegtto prescribeexteralmedicationsbynurses.Methods：Aconveniencesamplingmethodwasusedtosurvey211parentsofchildrenatending thepediatricnursingclinicinatertiarygradeAchildren'shospital in Shenzhencityfrom December2O24toJanuary2O25byusinga questionnaireonparentsatitudesandnedsfortheighttoprescribetopicalmedicatiosbyvisitignursesofthepediatricnusinglinic thatwasdevelopedbtegoupitselfinthpreviousperiodandauivarateanalysisasusedtoexlorethefactorsthatiencedit. Results：Thescorsof21lparentsatituestowardandnedsforthepediatricursgclinicvisitingursesighttopresribeoutside medications were 39.18±7.40 and 27.63±3.21 ， with score rates of 87.07% and 92.10% ，respectively.The type of the children's primary disease，theaeofthearetstepuposofisingtlinicndvisitisfctioeeeifuenoearetstiudtad the pediatric nursing clinic visiting nurse's prescription rights for outside medications（ P<0.05） .Visit satisfactionwasainfluence factor of parents' needs for pediatric nursing clinic visiting nurses'right to prescribe external medications（ P<0.05 ）.Conclusions：Parents generally havepositiveatidestowardteigtopresbeextealedicatiosyisitigurssinpediatricarelinicstteyefet bythetypofechilsprarls，teparetsgeeurpeofthitndeatisfactioitevisit，iisd thatvisitingnursesdopttgetedcommucationstrategiesforparentswithdierentcharacteristicsinodertoimproethepance and trust in the nurses′ external medication prescriptions.
