AbstractObjective：BasedontheCOM-Bmodel，thediferencesinhealthbhaviorsand influencingfactorsofstrokepatientsiHenan provinceandInerMongoliawereanalyzedtoprovideabasisforregionalintervention.Methods：Aclusterrandomsampling methodwas usedto select535strokepatientsin Henanand53Ostrokepatients in Inner MongoliafromJanuarytoOctober2O24.TheGeneral SituationQuestioie，trokeHealthKnowdgeQuestioaire，HealtheliefScale，ealt-PromotingifestylecaleI，ciat RatingScaleandEnvironmentalScalereusedtoivestigateOneaanalyssofvarianceandlinearregressionwereusedfoalyis. Results：Thereredreesistrbofiseets，geucatielrialas，vinstyleotlco and thrombolytic therapy between stroke patients in Henan province and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region （P<0.05） .Thehealth behaviorscoreofpatientsin Inner MongoliaAutonomous Region[（145.53±38.68）]washigherthan that in Henanprovince[ （129.59± （204号 27.55）]，and the difference was statistically significant（ P<0.001 ）.Health knowledge，belief，environment and livingwith spouse were the influencing factorsofealthbehavirsofstrokepatientsinHenanprovince.Healthknowledge，belief，socialsupport，nviroment， monthlyincomeandTOASTweretheinfluencingfactorsofstrokepatients′healthbehaviorsinInnerMongoliaAutonomousRegionll P<0.05） .Conclusions：Therewere significant diferences indemographicand diseasecharacteristics between strokepatients inthe two places，andtherewereregionalspecificityinhealthbehaviors.Itisrecommendedtdeveloppersonalizedandsystematicnursing intervention strategies based on regional characteristics.
