摘要总结1例分化型甲状腺癌伴僵人综合征病人全身麻醉下行甲状腺切除的围术期护理经验，护理要点：术前科学评估，制定个体化跌倒预防干预方案;组建多学科团队，充分做好术前准备，保证手术质量;术中做好保温干预，有效维持病人体温稳定；明确术中获得性压力性损伤风险因素，保障仰卧位安全;早期颈部冰敷联合四关穴电针刺激缓解术后疼痛；早期识别出血发生，紧急处理血肿；妥善固定管道，确保有效引流；开展术后随访，提升延续护理质量。（剩余8519字）
