AbstractObjective：Toexplorethedevelopmental trajectoryofexcesivedaytie slepiness（EDS）inpatients withobstructie sleep apneahypopneasyndome（OSAHS），andtoanalzetheinfluencingfactorsMethods：Usingconveniencesampling，atotalof6patients withobstructiveslepapnea hypopnea syndromewhoreceivednon-invasivepositivepressureventilationtherapy inourhospitalfrom April 2022 toFebruary 2O24 wereselectedasthestudysubjects.TheEpworth SleepinessScale（ESS）wasusedtoevaluatepatients daytimeslepiessatbaselin，7days，month，nd3monthsaftertreament.Teotialumberoftrajetorycategoissaalyd andnamedusinga growth mixture model.Theclinical dataofpatients werecolectedusingthe hospital’s electronic medicalrecord system.UnivariateanalysisandmultivariateLogisticregressionanalysiswereconductedtoidentifyindependentfactorsinfluencing trajectorydiferensResults：TeEDSdevelopmentof26patitsoudbeclasifieditofourpotentialtrajectorycategors：- remision，moderateEDremisio，ildED-cure，andmoderateEDpersistence.Multivariate Logisticegressonaalysisuls showed that bodymass index，alcoholconsumption history，total sleeptime，apnea-hypopnea index，minimumoxygensaturation， PitsburghSleeQuaitydexormobiderteiontsHealthuestioireeprioncale-9iod Generalized Anxiety Disorder scores were independent factors influencing the trajectory of EDS development P<0.05） .Conclusions： Patientswithobstructivesleepapneahypopneasyndromeexhibitedcertain heterogeneityinthedevelopmenttrajectoryofEDS，which wasinflueedycalctosuchoosumiotypitigicatsndelsitydi suggeststhatmedicalstaffcouldpredictthedevelopmenttrajectoryofEDSinpatientsduring treatmentbasedonvarious influencing factors and formulate personalized nursing measures to reduce the occurrence of EDS.
