Ecological momentary assessment on symptom management of breast cancer patients：a scoping review

AbstractObjective：Toreviewtheaplicationand methodsofecological momentaryassssment（EMA）onsymptom managemetof withbreastcancerpatients，soastoprovidereferenceforfutureresearcherstouseEMAinpatientswithbreastcancer.Metods： According to the scope review methodology，CINAHL，Cochrane Library，EMbase，PsycINFO，PubMed，Webof Science，WanFang Database，VIPCKIandCBMweresearched.TeretrievalperiodspanedfromtheestablismentoftedatabasetoJuly3O4.he retrieveddocumentswerescreenedandsummarized.Results：Atotalof2Opaperswereincluded.Theresearchobjectivefocusedonthe relationshipbtwnbreastcancersymptosndphyicalactiityteelationshipetweebreastcancerpatietsandteirspose，te relationshipbetweenbreastcancersymptomsandinsomnia，cognitivefunctionandfatigueofbreastcancer，andEMAfeasibilityhe outcomendicatrsincudedsixcategori：emotioalymptomshsicalsymptomspychosocialfctors，ehaviralfactorsoiie functionandfeasibilityEMAdatacollctionmainlyreliedonsmartphoneandaccelerometers，mostlythroughrandomorfixedsignal prompts，1to6timesaday，withanintervalofO.5to11.Ohours，lastingfor5to28days.Theparticipationrate were 29.1%-100.0% .The response rate was 57.0%-100.0% .The churn rate was 0% .The reward was 15-13O dollars.Conclusions：EMA is feasible in the managementofbreastcancersymptoms，ndcanaccuratelycapturechangesinsymptomsofbeastcancerpatientsatdiferentponts in time.Inthefuture，morestandardedEMAreportigguidelinescanbefurtherdeveloedtoexploretepotentialofEMAinbeastcancer clinical care interventions and other areas to provide ascientific basis for the developmentof personalized treatment.
