AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatetheserum25-hydroxyvitaminDlevelsandinfuencinfctorsininfantsandyoungchildenagedO-3 years inYunchngcityMethods：Atotalof18O3 infantsandyoungchildrenwhounderwentphysicalexainationsatYunchengMaternal andChildHealth HospitalfromJune2Ol9toJune2O23wereselectedas theresearchsubjects.Venous bloodwascolectedandserum 25-hydroxyvitaminDlevels weredetectedbyusinganABcompany high-performanceliquidchromatographytandemmasspectrometer （AB4500）.Univariateanalysiswasusedtoinvestigatetheinfluencingfactorsofserum 25-hydroxyvitaminDlevels.Results：Theserum 25-hydroxyvitaminDlevelof1803infantsandyoungchildrenwas（35.256±9.09O）ng/mL.Univariateanalysisresultsshowedthat matealeducatiolevelingthdtdoorctiitraogendily5doxiainpplemetatioed impact on the serum 25hydroxyvitamin D levels of infants and young children（ P<0.05） .Conclusions：Serum 25hydroxyvitaminD levels ininfantsandyoungchildrenagedO-3yearsinYunchengcityarelow-normal.Thehigherthemother'seducationlevel，themore reasonableoutdoractivities，timelyaditionofcomplementaryfoods，andreasonablesupplementationof25hydroxyvitaminDare beneficial for the healthy growth of infants and young children.
