AbstractObjective:Toexploretheinfluenceofmusic nterventionguidedbysoundscape theoryonproceduralpain-relatedbehaviors andelectroencephalogamaracteristicsineoatesMetos:Atotalof96teneonatesudergoingrdialarterybloodapligte neonatalintensivecareunitofatertiarygradeAgeneralhospitalinGuangzhoucityfromApriltoDecember2O24wereselectedasthe researchsubjects.Theywererandomlydivided intocontrol groupandinterventiongroupbytheenvelopemethod,with48caseseach. Basedonthesoundscapeteory,teiterventiongroupreceved5OdBofothingmusicarting5minutesbeforeradialarterypcture until10minutesafternedlewithdrawal,whilethecontrolgroupreceivedOdBofsoothingmusicoverthesameperiod.TheBehavioral IndicatorsofIfntPnsore,eartateandbloodygenaturationdelectroeepalogram(EEG)foreurig,ndeteal puncturewerecompared betweenthetwogroups.Results:Compared tothecontrolgroup,the intervention groupshowedsignificantly lower pain scores at 9O and 12O s after puncturel (P<0.05) ,higher oxygen saturation at 120s after puncture( P<0.05) ,andasmaller difference in EEG amplitude changes before and after puncture( ..<0.05 .Conclusions:Music intervention guided by soundscape theory couldrelievepainimproveblodoxgensaturationfluctuations,nddecreasethemplitdeofEEGphsiologicalchangesiate.
