AbstractObjectieToderstandepostoperatieealthstresofverraspantpatietsndtotablishteoredomasofte livertransplantationspecificpatientreportedoutcome measurementsystem.Methods：FromJune2O23toJune224，aresearchgroup wassetup.Afistdaftooedomaisasiitialledtoughliteratureaalistintiteredontentalyssfdical records.ThroughDelphiexpertconsultation，thesuitabilityofeachfieldwasevaluatedandrevisedfromtheimportanceofeachfieldand thedegreeofsuitabilityforpantselfreporttwoaspects，tofopatieteportedutcomesmeasuementsystem-livertrasplatation core domains.Results：A total of 19 experts were consulted 100% of questionnaires were returned in the three rounds of correspondence. TheauthoritycoeicientsofteexpertswereO.91.TheKendalsarmonyoeficentsinchroundwereO.42，O192and0 respectively.ThecoeficientsofvariationforeachevaluationconceptwereO08-0420.13-0.39，nd.05-020.Afterthreoudsof consultation，thecoredomainsofself-reportedoutcomemeasurementforlivertransplantpatientswerefinallyclarified，including physiologialalthsolicalaltocialdallalthieiseingeauretoepti Thecoredomainsofself-reportedoutcomemeasurementforlivertransplantpatients establishedarescientificandreasonable，which could help promote the establishment of a liver transplant specific patient-reported outcome measurement system.
