AbstractObjectie：Toexplorethelatentclasificationcharactersticsndtheirifuencingfactorsofvicarious traumaamongpediatric criticalcarenurses.Methods：Usingaconveniencesamplingmethod，atotalof319pediatriciticalcarenursesfrom12ospialsn ShanxiprovincewereselectedfromJulytoAugust2O24.GeneralInformationQuestionnaire，VicariousTraumaScaleforMedicaaff， RegulatoryEmotional Self-EficacyScale，andSimplifiedChinese VersionofEventRelatedRuminationInventory wereusedforthe survey.Thecategoriesfpdiatriccriticalcarenursesvicarioustraumawereinitillyexploredbasedonthelatentprofilesadthe inflencingfactorsofthelatentprofileswereanalyzedusingunorderedmultiomiallogisticregresionResults：ThesoreofVicarious Trauma Scale for Medical Staff was 81.60±22.55. Vicarious trauma was divided into four latent profiles：mild trauma response group， emotionallydominantresponsegroup，significantnegativetraumagroup，andbalancedtraumaresponsegroup.Theregresioaalysis resultsshowedtatageucationlevelyarsofokingexperieeeproductiesatus，eathofelatisingpatintatof patientundercaegulatoymooalself-fcacnduatioreifueningfctosoficarostaumongpdatriciical careurses.Conclusions：Thereispopulationheterogeneityamong pediaricriticalcareursesinvcarioustrauma.Nursingmaagerscan provideidividualizedinterventionstoursesbasedontheifluencngfactosofdiferentatentproflstoreducetheleveofvicarious trauma among pediatric nurses.
